To make an initial appointment
Please ensure you have a current referral from your GP or Specialist prior to organising an appointment.
Phone the rooms on 8350 0172 to arrange a suitable time and to discuss details of how to prepare for your appointment.

You will receive a text message a week or so before your appointment. Please confirm via text or contact the office to reschedule. We ask you provide 48 hours notice where possible for cancellation so we can allocate your time to someone on our waiting list.
You are able to download a new patient information form HERE to print, fill and bring to your appointment or please arrive 10 minutes prior to fill the form.
We ask you to please bring along:
- Original referral (if you have a copy)
- Medicare/Private Health/DVA cards
- Relevant ultrasound, CT or MRI scans and reports
- We allocate time for each appointment as best we can. The nature of a specialty practice is such that some needs may be more complex, please factor this in to your day and feel free to contact the rooms an hour prior to check how we are running for time.
Prior to your first appointment
Fees and Insurance
You will receive a written list of fees at your first appointment but please check with reception if you would like to know beforehand.
Full payment is expected on the day and we accept either EFTPOS (including credit card) or cash . You will receive a Medicare rebate and we will process this automatically for you. Private Health insurance does not cover any cost of consultation in the rooms, it is “in hospital” cover only.
To book an appointment you need a referral from GP or other Specialists.
A referral from GP is valid for 12 months, from your Specialist, it is 3 months only.
Most of the procedures under Anaesthesia and Sedation are done at Flinder’s Private Hospital, SA.
Minor outpatient procedures are conducted at the Practice. e.g. Colposcopy, Pessary fitting, Hormone implant, Skin Biopsy, IUD Fitting (In suitable cases).

Following your procedure with Dr. Juneja you will have a post operative review. The timing will vary depending upon the procedure and the hospital will advise at the time of your discharge to home. We will call you to organise the date and time of your appointment. If we miss you, please contact the rooms on 8350 0172 to arrange.
If you’re a current patient of Dr Juneja’s experiencing an emergency please phone the office directly on 8350 0172 Monday to Friday, 9am – 5pm. Outside of these hours you may phone the paging service on 8378 2428, strictly emergencies ONLY.
After each consultation and following any surgical procedure, a letter is sent to your GP to keep them informed of your progress. Please keep your GP details current so correspondence is sent to the correct Practice.
